Independent contractor responsible for fully operating successful real estate business. Primary focus on Commercial Real Estate sales & leasing. Direct interaction with principal Buyers, Sellers, & Landlords providing all aspects of marketing, investment planning, and negotiating for hospitality, entertainment, and retail properties.
