Brian Groetsch, Team Leader here at the Coastal Marketing Group, has been a licensed real estate agent since 2004 and is also the Broker-of-Record and Co-owner of RE/MAX Surfside in Cape May. Brian was born and raised in Cape May and has deep roots in the community. His education started locally here at Our Lady Star of the Sea and he graduated from Lower Cape May Regional High School before heading south to Florida Atlantic University, where Brian earned a degree in Entrepreneurship. During his career as full-time agent, Brian has received numerous awards and has been recognized for his hard work and performances year after year.

Whether it is a first-time buyer realizing the dream of home ownership, an investor building wealth through income property or a second home buyer fulfilling a dream of buying a “beach house”, he finds joy in our role of guiding each and every one of them through to a successful outcome. 

Brian lives right here in Cape May with his wife Jessica, and children Maddie, Marla and Boden. When he’s not helping clients realize the dream of living at the beach, he enjoys honing his golf game, surfing, and spending time with his family at The Cove Beach in Cape May.
