Michael Popdan - Real Estate Agent

Michael “Mike” Popdan is originally from the Drexel Hill, PA area and brings a wealth of construction, maintenance and property management to the team, as well as savvy entrepreneurial skills. Mike has spent over 21 years in the construction and property management industry and has currently owns a property development company as well as a café.

Mike received a bachelors degree from Drexel University and can often be found somewhere near the beach where he enjoys spending time with his family and dogs, surfing, fishing or boating. He was the General Manager of The Club At Diamond Beach from 2002-2010, and now he owns and operates Lone Palm Properties, as well as A Little Café located in Wildwood Crest.

Mike has taken on the real estate industry head-on just like everything else in his life, and his broad experience has enabled him to quickly excel for his clients. He loves the entire aspect of the real estate market, and loves finding the perfect home for each individual client based on their best fit, home design, trends and more. He also uses this same experience to help sellers maximize return on their sale to make the most of every transaction.
